PriorityFlow helps you capture tasks quickly, classify them with clear importance and urgency switches, and keep your day plan focused without forcing decisions.

Core features:
- Quick capture with a required title and optional note.
- Four quadrants for important and urgent, important and not urgent, urgent and not important, and neither.
- A pending area for items that are not fully classified yet.
- Drag and drop movement between quadrants, with a menu alternative for the same actions.
- An optional due date, estimated time, next action note, and up to eight substeps per item.
