About this game

PriorityShift helps you organize tasks by importance and urgency without relying on accounts, sync, or reminders.

Capture a task with a title first, then add details when you are ready. Each item can include a description, estimated time, a due date, importance and urgency markers, a next action, and up to eight small steps.

The four-quadrant board keeps work visible:
- Important and urgent
- Important and not urgent
- Not important and urgent
- Not important and not urgent

Tasks that are still waiting for classification stay visible in a separate area so you can decide how to handle them yourself.

Use the Today view to select up to seven tasks for the current day. The app shows explainable candidates based on due dates and current classification, but it never changes task attributes on its own.

Open task details to refine estimates, manage steps, mark progress, archive completed items, or restore them later. A review area keeps finished items available for recovery, archival, or deletion.

Search, filter, and revisit your work history at any time. All data stays on the device for offline use.
