Keeps randomly closing. Seems very expensive to be so buggy. Also you can't just buy however many books you want. You get only one or two credits per month, depending on your membership, and there's no option to buy more credits or buy more books. Please fix. This could potentially be a game changer for those of us who learn by reading, but you have to work on it and improve it. Also bigger font sizes would be great.

Two reasons for my low score: bad translations, it doesn't load any more. 1 It doesn't handle translating from English homographs. The correctly translated word could be easily found by context, but it isn't used. The proper way to make sure the translation is accurate is to translate into, and then back out from, the second language, in order to make sure the meaning is preserved. 2 The loading indicator just spins and the book never loads. Now I know why they don't give refunds.

No way to view anything on the app without creating an account. To create an account they say to go through the website, but their website (at least on mobile) has no place to create an account without buying something. Their Facebook ad said that the first chapter of the books were available to preview for free on the app, but it's impossible to get past the login screen since you can't create the account on the app or mobile web without buying something. Disappointed, was interested in trying.
