New update broke the application, and no, you can't use the app unless you update it to the latest version. The liveness test also failed miserably too many times, which is super annoying. All the documents that i have been signed is gone. Totally disappointed, oh also they slam the personal plan package on your face to unlock more basic feature. I guess modern solution need a modern problem

Cannot use the email verification, when resend the OTP always same and failed to verify. The face recognation alway failed to detect the liveness. This block my access to sign my document. Bad experience after update the apps.

Selfie could be better, the instruction shouldn't be placed at the top of camera because we read the description and push the button far below the camera it's not intuitive, and the face recognition is not reliable need several tries to be working. also why would we need to reissue certificate when there is no change, do you expect me changing my national ID card? Lastly live chat is a joke, there are only menu to choose we can't chat with real human, don't call it "chat" if you only provide bot
