very bad experience. 1. It took more days to verify account. than what they said it would take. 2. after account verification, I added money through wire transfer. but the balance was frozen. without any notification. 3. After talking with support account funds were released but after only 1 month this account was closed and New account couldn't be created for US LLCs without ITIN. 4. their apps UI is mostly vibe coded. any experienced developer can see it. it's full of bugs.

There are way too many fees. - You pay a monthly subscription fee, and then you get charged again if you sending/receive a payment. - Want a virtual card? That costs you. - Make a transaction with that card, Another fee. - Even if you don't need a personal account, you're forced to pay for it. They're essentially looting their users. For the same services, like Mercury and Elevatepay don't charge anything. What's worse, they deduct the personal account fee directly from your business account.
