About this app

ProCAD is a mobile CAD viewer and editor for working with DWG and DXF drawings on Android. Open plans, create 2D geometry, measure distances and areas, and divide land boundaries with the built-in Area Divider.

AREA DIVIDER FOR LAND AND PLOT PLANNING
Turn a closed boundary into separate regions for your layout:
• Divide a boundary into 2 to 100 equal-area parts.
• Split off a region with a specified target area.
• Select an existing closed polyline or pick boundary points.
• Choose the side where the cut starts and enter its distance from either endpoint.
• View the total area and selected side length.
• Apply the result to add closed regions to your drawing.

Area Divider works with closed, straight-edged boundaries in the XY plane. Measurements use your drawing's units, with areas shown in square drawing units.

OPEN AND WORK WITH CAD DRAWINGS
Open DWG and DXF files, inspect drawing details, and navigate with zoom, pan, and fit-to-drawing controls. Create a new drawing or continue working on a saved file.

DRAW AND EDIT IN 2D
Create lines, polylines, circles, rectangles, and ellipses. Select, move, and erase objects, and use undo and redo to revise your work. Add layers to organize drawing content.

MEASURE AND ADD DIMENSIONS
Measure distance, area, radius, and angles directly in your drawing. Add aligned, horizontal, vertical, radius, diameter, and angular dimensions to communicate your layout.

OBJECT SNAPS AND ANNOTATIONS
Use object snaps for endpoints, midpoints, centers, intersections, nearest points, and perpendicular points. Place geometry with the crosshair and coordinate readout. Add text, points, and leader annotations to explain drawing details.

SAVE, EXPORT, AND SHARE
Save drawings in DWG or DXF format, export the drawing view as a PNG image, and share your work from the app. Browse saved drawings to reopen your projects.

Adjust the appearance with dark mode and color settings for a workspace that suits your preferences.
