About this app

The application enables automatic processing of cash fiscal invoices by scanning a QR code. By loading the QR code, the fulfillment of the conditions is checked, i.e. whether the account on the website of the Tax Administration is valid and whether the PIB field of the customer is filled out. The invoice is processed in a few seconds and forwarded to the accounting program or to your email.

Most accounting programs today support the import of e-invoices in XML format, our application creates such a format from a cash receipt in a few moments - by simply scanning a QR code.

Accounts that are invalid will not be processed through our application.
If the invoice does not contain the PIB field of the customer, it is not valid for entry and will not be processed.
Such and similar invoice examples are not forwarded for further processing at all, nor are they stored on our servers.

If your program does not support receiving or loading e-invoices, ProClick QR will not work either.

The application is intended for accounting agencies, but it can be used by everyone, from employees to client owners and even the accountants themselves.
The goal of the application is to save time in the processing of cash invoices at accounting agencies or the end user of the owner of a business entity who is obliged to take pictures of such invoices and forward them for processing. Currently active amendments to the VAT Act, VAT regulations and rules on the e-invoice portal, this kind of application becomes mandatory in daily work.
