About this app
myPROCOM enables telephone calls between deaf and hearing people, via text, video and audio. The app offers many new options such as direct calls to hearing people or leaving messages. The calls are redirected to a PROCOM switching center and text or video operators translate the conversation into text or sign language. The services are operated in all 3 national languages; German, French and Italian. The mobile applications work over WiFi or 4G networks.
