It's okay, ig. Cost way too much. Sometimes, it will repeat texts and cost additional funds. Sometimes, it'll go back & forth dro. Regular phone texting & app texting. You can call to put money on the phone, and they'll tell you you've called the wrong number & tell you to call the exact number you've dialed & currently on call with. inmates aren't altered they even have messages. can't request video calls like other inmate communication apps. Have to decide to add $ to text or calls,not both

Awful it keeps number buttons and a hang up button lit up on my touchscreen and makes it to where I truly l hit buttons because if I let the screen go dark the person calling me can't hear me. Call quality sucks, only thing it's really good for us is putting money on the phone accounts.. I also didn't have any options for video calling on this app

App is probably the easiest of ways to deal with account however. You have to X out and close app and reopen to do another task. I ended up with this app, the website regularly and jailatm for commissary. After 5 days of inmate no access, I was able to get ahold of someone helpful remote in to inmate himself, got him logged in since officers were awful refused to help at all for anything. The cost of calls/text will drain you! Innocent single parent trying to keep contact costed me 1k in 1 month
