Worst service. very poor support from the app. After a order no response from the restaurant. No response from chat support. No order cancellation, even if the order is not accepted yet. very bad experience with them.

Fatafat app service is good and delivery is fast, but the delivery charges are too high. I ordered an item worth ₹50, and after adding all the extra fees, the total became ₹160 . That feels very expensive for such a small order. The app should reduce delivery charges or provide better offers for low-value orders. Because of these high fees, customers may avoid ordering small items. Giving 3 stars because the service was okay, but pricing needs improvement..
