Extremely bad experience. I placed an urgent order and clearly explained my requirement. I was repeatedly told the delivery person would contact me. A woman from the team called multiple times saying she would inform the delivery person. After a long wait, I was told delivery was not possible as both delivery persons were busy. I had severe monthly stomach pain and needed the medicine urgently. Order was cancelled late and refund was initiated only after follow-up. Very insensitive. Not reliable

very bad experience with this app and service... coupons are not working..my account is blocked for no reason... customer support team are suggesting to create a new account... wasted lots of time.

Beware of buying through this platform. They are frauds at best. They don't pay their merchants/ sellers. My payment (Merchant ID 1735179) of more than FOUR THOUSAND RUPEES are pending since 27 Jan 26. It has been forty days, I have sent them email, no reply. I have contacted their local franchise, they have already quit. Who is going to pay me my money??
