Very disappointing experience. I made an online payment, but my order was not placed. Now I’m being told the refund will come in a few days, but there is no clear confirmation. If payments are accepted but orders fail, how can users trust this app? Customer support was also unhelpful and did not provide a proper solution. Overall, a very poor experience. Extremely bad experience with this app. There is always some issue whenever I try to use it. The service is unreliable, and resolving problems takes far too long. It is very frustrating to deal with this app again and again. Completely disappointing and not worth using at all.
