HOW IT WORKS
• Capture what you carry. List the areas of home life that live in your head.
• Hand off a whole area. Pick one and pass it to your partner in a couple of taps.
• Relay packages the scope. It gathers the context, the open threads, and the who-to-call — so your partner gets everything they need, not a vague "can you handle this?"
• The app does the chasing. Every hand-off runs its own check-ins for two weeks. Relay follows up — not you.
• See the load, split fairly. The Mental Load Report shows who's carrying what, this week and over time. A mirror, never a scoreboard.
