No customer service, no one is answering, no live chat. Sent a cancellation request but not cancelled and didnt get a refund

Horrible. No customer service, no one sent you a confirmation email. I don't believe it's a real app. I canceled my purches because no one sent me any co feemation for my tickest. I don't trust that app.
