I think this is a great service, but the medications are really expensive, there are things to do on the app to earn reward points to use towards medications but still they're expensive. I'm trying it out to see if it's worth it. The process to sign up is easy, taking the pictures required and uploading was difficult. The doctor was very thorough in her response and instructions. Would like to see cheaper, affordable options.

I began using Musely less than two weeks ago. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment. I was genuinely excited for the products due to the ingredients. That is, until I downloaded the app. I began having login issues immediately. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection. What doctor makes you check-in daily? They know most people can't anyways. Unacceptable.

Has some weird quirks to it, but helpful tracking progress and a MUST if you want to take advantage of refund after 60 days when a product doesnt give you the results you want. Also an easy way to earn some (small) amounts of money to put toward other treatments you want to try. Always running promotional discounts too(atleast twice a month).
