Not really happy that you can't customize the notifications for the eNurse. the thing is, of you miss even one "appointment"with the eNurse, the satisfaction results guarantee is voided. the "reminders" from the app push notifications come in the morning, but the treatment happens that night, and who doesn't clear their app notifications all day?! So,buyer beware. you're not going to get any refund despite the so called guarantee if you rely on this app for reminders.

Has some weird quirks to it, but helpful tracking progress and a MUST if you want to take advantage of refund after 60 days when a product doesnt give you the results you want. Also an easy way to earn some (small) amounts of money to put toward other treatments you want to try. Always running promotional discounts too(atleast twice a month).

I began using Musely less than two weeks ago. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment. I was genuinely excited for the products due to the ingredients. That is, until I downloaded the app. I began having login issues immediately. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection. What doctor makes you check-in daily? They know most people can't anyways. Unacceptable.
