So far this has been a pleasent and easy experience. I would like to suggest a way to make the app better though. It would be ideal if the daily reminder also marked the daily spot cream application on your calendar. For the last month I have been clicking on the reminder pop-up thinking it was marking it on the calaendar automatically, but I log in and see none of my days are checked. Ugh and there is no way to click on previous days to mark it complete. :-/

Doesn't work on Android (Galaxy S9). When trying to get started with Day 1, the button to upload a pic is grayed out (and thats whats needed for the guarantee). Submitted a ticket however there's nowhere in the app to see the tickets you've submitted which is absurd. When filling out the ticket request, the font displays as strikethrough and only goes back to normal when you've pressed the space bar and moved onto the next word. While the app LOOKS pretty, it's a horrible user experience.

Clunky and confusing app. I wish more thought was put into the UX of the design and functionality. I logged on after receiving my spot cream because I wanted to find clear directions and struggled immensely to find what I needed. I'm a self -serve user so I hate going to customer support and avoid if I can. After 10 minutes of pushing random buttons trying to find directions, I was able to locate it. Please use more direct language, get rid of the crazy # of drop down options, and just simplify.
