About this app

Ei Electronics AudioLINK US, enables real-time data to be acoustically extracted via the Alarm’s sounder to a smart phone.

Details available include:
• Battery status
• Low battery events
• Alarm sensor status
• Alarm events (Fire/CO/Heat)
• Background CO
• Dust Compensation
• Age (Power on duration)
• Alarm head removals
• Test button activations

The number of occurrences and when the last event occurred can now all be accessed locally from the alarm without the presence of RF.

Features include the ability to scan bar code serial numbers within the app, group reports for example by address to provide a comprehensive report on a properties alarms, email reports in both PDF or CSV format.

Additional sections on the Alarm status screen feature the ability to input the Alarm location by free text and to also select the “Alarm Status” which is grouped into three categories “OK”, “Service” or “Replace”.

There is a visual in-app on-screen instructions section on how to download the event data.

Frequently asked questions are available within the app to aid in any queries on event meanings and guidance.

The AudioLINK app works with most Android smartphones supporting Android KitKat software Rev 4.4 onwards.
