It needs three improvements. The first is that when I select "Refill Prescription" it opens the text field for the pin but it should be set to automatically open the keyboard. Next issue is that when you type in the notes section for an order, the Enter button is replaced with the send button. It doesn't actually work to send but it should be an enter button so I can make a new line. Lastly the dates, why is it using the mm/dd/yy format that is used in the USA and a couple tiny islands.

Unintuitive. I'd expect to be able to enter my list of meds and it be stored in a database for selective retrieval. What's the point if I have to type everything in? A literal pain. I have been to the chemist and it baffled most of the staff I delth with there too, for instance an new phone.

The app won't open. I have a pixel 2 with Android 10. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled yesterday and it won't open at all. Thank you. Working now.

Hi Amy,
We've just pushed out an update that resolves some issues that may occur on Pixel devices. I believe the app version you have installed is 4.5.1, the new update is 4.6.0. This may take a few hours to appear as an update in the Play Store for you but when it appears, can you let us know on admin@refillassistant.website if it resolves it?
