Fleet product acts as the proverbial carrot to the traditional stick.


Drivers are set performance related targets which, when achieved, can be rewarded.



Targets can be set based on previous performance or other employment related criteria (such as probationary periods).


Through the ProControl portal, our clients can create custom targets and assign rewards including badges, discounts, raffle entries, or branded merchandise.

The flexibility of the Proelium Fleet system means the possibilities
for targets and rewards are vast and varied – if the data exists, we can utilise it
