ShootNStock helps pharmacies add new stock in seconds, label every box or strip, and find it again with one scan.
SHOOT IT
Photograph the pack: front, back and the batch/expiry side. The app finds the pack in the photo and crops it for you. Product name, batch number, mfg and expiry dates and MRP are read straight off the pack, on the phone or with AI on plans that include it, so there is less to type.
LABEL IT
Print a label for every box, pack or strip on your Bluetooth or network label printer. Each label carries the product, batch, expiry, MRP and a Data Matrix code that is unique to that lot.
FIND IT
Scan a label to see exactly what it is, which batch it belongs to and when it expires.

BUILT FOR A BUSY COUNTER
• Works offline. Entries are saved on the phone and upload when you are back online.
• Use a second phone as the camera over Wi-Fi or hotspot, while the first phone runs the entry.
• Auto-crop with easy crop and rotate when you need it.
• Entry history with label reprint, and CSV / audit-log export.
• Prints to TSC (TSPL), Zebra (ZPL) and ESC/POS label printers.
BACK OFFICE FOR THE OWNER
On the web at console-in.shootnstock.com the owner reviews and verifies every capture, edits photos, manages products, pack and unit types, staff and their permissions, and pairs new phones with a QR code.
STAFF SIGN-IN THAT FITS A PHARMACY
Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code, or scan a pairing QR from the back office. Each person only sees what their role allows.
YOUR DATA
Photos and stock details belong to your pharmacy. Text can be read on the phone itself; photos are sent for AI reading only when you ask for it, on plans that include it. We do not show ads or sell data.
