Terrible app. I registered my car plate, name and credit card details. The app forgot name and my credit card. Plate number is still here. I received an invoice including administration fee, where they wrote I was receiving it since I did not have the app. Which is not true. Probably that's the business model: make terrible app that does not work, and charge extra for invoices.

Poor designed app. Continues to count time in lot after exiting. I get free parking in the garage for 3 hours. I pass through express parking which allows for 1 hour. It continues to count until I pass through express again and resets. The highest I have gone while not being parked there is about 48 hours. They have a disclaimer that this is normal. Being the predatory company that profectum and appcoa flow are this benefits them. We are not their customer just fodder

Absolutely awful app and terrible customer service. It should not be expected that we pay additional costs if our vehicle and card information is correct in the app. Also, when I challenged the charge they told Kredinor that I hadn't downloaded the app. Which I can prove that I did. How many people are being bullied into paying additional charges?
