This is an outrageous, unprofessional experience. They charged me twice for a single order, and then the transaction disappeared from my account. I received only one order, yet they refuse to refund the second charge. Myriam, the agent handling my case, blames me, saying I should have called as soon as the transaction vanished. This is unacceptable—I demand an immediate refund.

Mobile number addition does not work on Android, I wrote support and they didn't reply or the message wasn't delivered. Because I can't add a mobile number I can't use the app to order a helper. Edit: I'm adding the reply here as I can't reply to the developer via Play Store UI. It's not a provider issue as I receive the SMS and I enter the code from the SMS in the app, but the app doesn't save my phone number. Once this is fixed let me know and I'll give you a better review.

the app itself seems tolerable, but the technician (Rudolf, rated 4.79) turned out to be a scammer! he came with a henchman or whatever to fix my problem with heating, for a moment they were here it seemed to work, but as soon as they had left the same problem came back. I was charged extra cash for some detail he "replaced". I texted him through the app and ofc he never replied. The tech support didn't reply either, no matter what language I used to get through to them!
