the app itself seems tolerable, but the technician (Rudolf, rated 4.79) turned out to be a scammer! he came with a henchman or whatever to fix my problem with heating, for a moment they were here it seemed to work, but as soon as they had left the same problem came back. I was charged extra cash for some detail he "replaced". I texted him through the app and ofc he never replied. The tech support didn't reply either, no matter what language I used to get through to them!

It was very good years ago, app is terrible, unpleasant UI, terrible UX experience, service used to be good, but for now, I have no idea, because I was unable to set the address. The app refuses to save the information. terrible experience.
