It's a kind request to developer Team,Please Make sure that app is little bit easier instead of confusing ! For this 12 digits number wallet and number you have got maximum Low rating. Just add a single line in where"Send money thru mobile" which doesn't Even makes sense,just clear out and add what is wallet number there. Thanks

What's the point of two different but identical app (SureCash & Rupali Bank SureCash) . Almost same name Developed via same developers and ... Very confusing. And confusion in the field of digital finalcial platform is not compromising.

Tried to recharge my phone number, they deducted the amount from my account but didn't get any recharge. Now I don't know where to complain to resolve it! Even their *495# USSD is not working!
