For clients:
- search by city, salon, category, or date;

- choose services, specialist, and available time slot;

- request rescheduling and respond to location suggestions;
- save favorite locations and track loyalty rewards;
- receive notifications about appointments, rewards, and support;
- submit reviews after completed appointments.

For business:
Eligible business accounts can manage their location from the Programix mobile space: calendar, appointments, services, team, clients, waitlists, portfolio, loyalty, gift codes, and activity metrics. Access is subject to location approval and subscription status.

You can explore public locations without an account. Authentication is required for appointment requests and private account features. Each location manages its own services, pricing, hours, and availability; requests may require location confirmation.
