Ratings and reviews

The app needs change to allow easy online deposits! First, you must physically go into your bank and request to set up the online deposits. Then, once you go in and set up online check deposits, the app restrictions on how large those deposits can be, I believe it's $1,200 max, makes on line deposits of my emoloyment check impossible! That alone has me considering another online bank after 20+ years. Other than the limited online deposit abilities, the app is good for little things.

This app is junk, never can get it to work. I try and try finally just call the bank to do what I need to do and they tell you EVERYTIME " You can use the mobile app to do this faster." Well if it works I can but it's not working again and that's why I'm calling you! Just fix it and then leave it alone. Used to be great and now 50 updates later. Not worth a hoot.

Don't rely on the alerts! Though I love the app and transactions are a piece of cake, I've had to pay the penalty on my account more than once because the account alerts simply do not work. I know it's just as much my fault for not being more diligent, but I'm extremely busy all the time and no matter where I set the threshold I never get so much as a push notification, ever.
