I used the app in October and it was working fine. After that, I tried to purchase the service, but the transaction was denied every time. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that it works for some customers but not for others, and that the issue would be fixed in the next update. However, several months have passed and the update has still not been released. The customer care team also does not know when the update will be available. 😔

Very disappointing experience with Qpay. My Bank Muscat account was debited multiple times (OMR 26.020 × 8) even though I didn’t use the app. I received nonstop payment attempt alerts until 2:21 AM and had to block my card to stop it. Some money was refunded, but OMR 104.08 is still pending. Such glitches and unauthorized debits are unacceptable for a secure payment app. Please fix this issue urgently!

Face verification is not acceptable. This is a machine ID card, and it cannot be verified using my face through the app camera. Additionally, contacting the call center will not help, as they provide the same response shown in the application.
