I am trying to create a Qpay account. My ID verification was completed successfully, but the selfie verification keeps failing despite many attempts. I have also contacted customer support by phone, but the issue could not be resolved. Please provide an alternative verification method or arrange in-person assistance so I can complete my registration.

Terrible registration experience! The app sends the verification code successfully, but after entering it, the app throws an error and the registration fails. This is a basic functionality that should work flawlessly. I tried multiple times but the same error keeps appearing. This bug needs to be fixed urgently — you're losing potential users because of it. 1 star until this is resolved.
