I have been using this app for quite some time, and it was working fine until the October update. Since then, it has stopped working for me completely. I tried contacting customer support via both phone and WhatsApp, but I did not receive any satisfactory response. They mentioned that a fix would come in a future update, but there is no clear timeline, and the only reply I keep getting is that it is “under process.” This experience has been very disappointing.

After all verification even 1 riyal deduct also and I received the account approved and after that I'm activate the device option not working total wait off time. and send the mail also but the problem not solve. because he don't want to run app smoothly.

Tried the app, works perfectly well, of course, since it's a start-up, they would have their time to stabilize the experience, but as a service, it is fantastic. for those having issues getting started, make sure that you select "Sign Up" not "Register Device" I noticed some confusion there with my friends, also if it got stuck, just redo it again. overall, well done!
