Maintain accurate and persistent records of all your employees' time clock data in a single location with Cumulus Time. This app features an intuitive interface for employees to clock in and out throughout the day - including for lunch and the end of their work day. Additionally, users given admin permissions have access to changing a host of settings associated with each of their company's employees.

Send clock out reminders to your employees: reminders can be sent as phone notifications to employees of your choosing within admin settings. The times for these reminders are automatically calculated based on provided data like the maximum number of hours before a break, and the length of lunch.

Customized reminder messages: using the admin interface, notification messages such as clock out reminders can have their message text altered depending on your company's needs.

Safe and accessible data: your data is safely stored within the Cumulus cloud and can be retrieved at any time in the event you need to prove any facts surrounding an employee's clock data.

Single sign on support for social platforms: employees can use the platform of their choice to sign into the application with new providers available upon request.

Track the status of employee documentation: Cumulus Time also lets admins track the status of onboarding documents associated with each employee, including alternative work week schedule forms and on-duty meal breaks mutual waivers. Employees can also verify that the company has these forms on file from their personal landing page.
