**ProHouseApp** is an all-in-one open house management platform designed for real estate professionals. It simplifies the buyer sign-in experience while helping agents capture, organise, and convert leads more efficiently.

During an open house, buyers can quickly sign in using their own mobile device by providing their name, email address, phone number, and responses to any custom questions. After signing in, they automatically receive a personalised confirmation email containing the property details and the agent's digital business card (vCard).

Agents have access to a secure dashboard where they can monitor visitor activity for each property, review buyer responses, manage leads, and export data as CSV files. Every property is assigned a unique kiosk URL and QR code, allowing visitors to sign in seamlessly without requiring any shared devices.

ProHouseApp also includes built-in tools for generating branded open house flyers, assigning covering agents for team collaboration, uploading property images, and receiving instant push notifications whenever a new visitor signs in.
