Ratings and reviews

Totally useless. Can't synchronize in the app at all. Tried contacting support for help, but with no effect. Will uninstall the app and return to using the website (at least it shows all the tickets). P.s. when using the virtual card as login I get into the account of some random guy with the same surname. Just surreal

Service is very good and more helpful than the uk system applications that I have used. Simple and in English. My phone did not function when I was leaving and it was so easy to verify my tickets in person at the station office in Kharkiv.

So far I've had good experience. Really nice and clean app for such purpose as ordering tickets. Only thing is I have tried few times to pay with my card and it didn't accept it but this issue might be not related to app itself.

What's new in this update:
- improved promo code use for train and bus tickets;
- made the payment form easier to use and fixed how its fields are displayed;
- improved notification delivery and links to the right section of the app;
- made it easier to enter traffic-fine search details and use the camera map.
We also updated navigation, improved stability, and fixed minor bugs.
