App likes to crash & freeze anytime I back out of something so I have to close the app to get back in. Likes to log out several times a day. I'd rather use my phone's security to keep the app secure than login a thousand times. Sitting in the parking lot trying to get the app up just to be able to open the door. App needs some serious rethinking... cameras were down yesterday. The app likely links to a web based portal that they do not have set to refresh when the app is open or when navigating

Authenticator is secure, but requires auth DAILY, which is a huge pain considering they use hcapcha for every attempt. Why are tokens or passkeys not acceptable? The last thing I wat to do during drop off or pick up is fumble with the login for longer than I should have to. edit: auth is fixed - improved rating edit: why are screenshots disabled for this application when the only people who should have access are caregivers? Back to 2 stars.

Very buggy on my phone (Pixel 7 Pro). Whenever I navigate away from a picture or certain menus, it'll show the background picture of the app and gets stuck there. I have to completely close the app and reopen it to get it working again. So while I'm using the app, I typically close and reopen it 2-4 times
