Trienekens Customer Care mobile application is a platform that enables communities within the jurisdiction of Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara (DBKU), Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS), Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) and certain parts of Majlis Daerah Serian (MDS) to share their feedback and queries relating to our services with ease.

Trienekens Customer Care features:
• Application for new bins
• Reporting damaged or lost bins
• Lodging a complaint
• Customer satisfaction survey
• RoRo container services for bulky waste
• General enquiry

Scheduled waste generators in the states of Sarawak, Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan are able to make use the following Trienekens Customer Care features:

worse app... customer care operator keep saying try again even u said u had tried manyyyy times. they dont care your time wasted. the customer care operator not keen to help just talking with no effort of action to help even they can help. actually if they are more proactive they can help in many ways eg through whatapp msg the moment they know your time wasted using their app but the customer care operator just like to tallkkk n say keep trying because our app congested.. bla.. bla.. blaa...

Can't register, when try to register again, it says email exist. When tried to forgot password, it says password reset but could not send email. 😢 Update. Yes, I am able to get it registered. Thanks

Just downloaded the app bcoz i want to apply for bin replacement and when i tap to choose damaged bin evert single time the app close..please do something
