I like the ability to add details and photos on my bikes and the anti theft community. The app has some glitches when moving between notifications and your profile or opening a notification, then going back to see other notifications the page does not populate. Also, the help page does not load, which would be frustrating if your bike was stolen or recovered and you wanted more information.

The concept of Garage 529 is nice but the app is pretty bad and we cannot turn off the notification, even though I don't case if someone lost their bike I don't wanna be noticed about it. Edit to asnwer back: thanks for the reply. I want notifications if something's up with my own bikes. The proposed solution is to get rid of all notifications. tbh I don't think most people care that some bike has been found in some other town. That's irrelevant information and discourage more people to join.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry you had trouble with the app. You can turn off notifications in your user settings in the app as well as in your phone's notification settings. If your bike is stolen, you'd still be notified if we get a tip on your bike. Please send a note to support@project529.com and we can help you out with any other issues.

Failed me when I needed to report a bike was just stolen. App won't accept standard Android keyboard input. App then hung and couldn't be revived by force quitting. It behaves like an app built for iOS and then ported to Android but never tested well. Very bad experience on a stressful day when my daughter's bike was stolen.
