About this app

t's 5pm, and somehow nobody in the house knows what's for dinner. Again. Forkenspoon fixes that by putting a whole community of home cooks in your corner.

Discover what other families are cooking
Browse dishes shared by real home cooks — not polished food-blog perfection, just what people actually make on a Tuesday night. Follow the ones whose taste matches yours, and let their week inspire your own.

Fork a recipe, make it yours
Found a dish you're keen to try? Fork it. Tweak it to taste, and it stays linked back to where the idea started — because a good recipe only gets better as it passes from kitchen to kitchen.

Plan the week in five minutes
Drag dishes — yours or forked from the community — onto the week ahead and just… see it. No more "we have nothing planned" panic at 5pm.

A grocery list that writes itself
Whatever's on the plan turns straight into a shopping list — tick things off as you go, or copy the whole thing to send to whoever's doing the shop.

Cook together as a household
Set up a household so meal plans and grocery lists sync for everyone — no more "I thought YOU were sorting dinner" texts.

Keep the family secrets, secret
Not every recipe is meant for sharing. Save grandma's lasagna as a "secret recipe" and it stays yours alone.

Forkenspoon isn't trying to turn you into a food influencer. It's a community built around one simple idea: recipes are better shared.
