Hapdongsa Production Management is a production management app designed to quickly share and manage the workflow of the printing and binding site.

Managers can organize client and contact information and register or modify work requests. Work can be managed by entering information on covers, inner pages, and pictorial print shops, as well as delivery dates, quantities, binding, packaging, accessories, post-processing, and specific requests, all at once.

Workers can identify tasks corresponding to their areas of expertise and mark the current process as Start, Save, Complete, or Unnecessary. The entire progress status—from receiving to cutting, folding, alignment, perfect binding, 3-sided cutting, and packaging—can be viewed at a glance, making it easy to share information with the site.

Managers can adjust priorities in the progress status and quickly identify tasks with upcoming delivery dates. Completed tasks can be viewed by date in the daily work report, which also aids in managing production history.
