Unimail brings your project mailbox to your phone, giving you a simple way to read, send, and organize email wherever you are.

Connect using an access token provided by your project administrator and manage your assigned mailbox from one place.

READ AND ORGANIZE
• Browse your inbox, sent messages, starred mail, archive, and trash.
• Search messages and refresh your inbox.
• Mark messages as read or unread, star important conversations, and archive mail.
• Select multiple incoming messages for quick mailbox actions.

WRITE AND REPLY
• Compose messages, reply, reply all, and forward.
• Add Cc and Bcc recipients.
• Attach files and download attachments.
• Save a draft on your device and return to it later.

CONTACTS AND SENDER PROFILE
• Browse and search your project’s contacts.
• Start an email directly from a contact.
• Update your assigned sender name and footer where supported by your project.

NOTIFICATIONS AND SECURITY
• Enable new-mail notifications for supported projects.
• Protect mailbox access with a PIN or a configured authenticator app.
• Store access tokens securely on your device.
• Keep saved drafts and pending messages encrypted locally.

Unimail requires a compatible project mailbox and an administrator-issued access token. It does not create a new email address. Available features depend on your connected project’s configuration.
