Have had this stupid camera for 2 years. Kept it out of convenience becUse it works well most of the time. It always freezes in the middle of the night and sometimes just won't connect. Now, since yesterday, it won't connect at all. It says device failed. Have tried everything and still won't work. Can't get help until Monday at the earliest and from the looks of it I won't be getting help. Don't recommend.

I was fairly happy with this monitor until recently. We've been using it for almost a year now. Temperature is a little off-not a big deal for us. There is often a connection error. Sometimes it's only on my phone, sometimes only on my husband's. Sometimes on both. The last few days, I can't even open it. A Chinese symbol shows on the bottom of my screen for a few seconds then nothing. I really hope they're working on an update, seems as though others are experiencing the same issues.

They finally fixed the critical error on the app. This app and camera are back to running normal. I'd recommend this product, but caution to make sure the wifi in your home is strong. We've set the the camera up in my parents house who have a stock router, and it constantly disconnects. I still rate this app high since it's not the manufactures fault if the wifi where it's set up is weak. They lose a star for having the app down for over a week due to a bad update roll out.
