LOCATION AND ATTENDANCE
ProKPO.ai uses precise location for authorized caregiver attendance features. Location verifies that clock-in and clock-out occur at the assigned job site.
When permitted, background location may be used only during an active caregiver shift to support attendance verification and job-site boundary alerts. Active-shift location tracking stops when the caregiver clocks out or the shift is closed.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Access is controlled by the user’s organization and assigned role. Caregivers, agency users, clients, and family members see only the information authorized for their accounts.
Sensitive notification details are kept inside the authenticated application. Device notifications use limited wording to help protect private care and employment information.
