App blows just like the old one. I have to re-download it every time I'm trying to start a report only to have to delete it halfway through because it will not log my inputs. The old app was the same, except it was completely unusable even after redownloading. Just use a different service. I know we are switching. This is pathetic. Btw that's literally their suggestion is to re-download. They don't know how to fix it because they have no idea what they are doing. It's painfully obvious now!

the app requires a log in but there is no way to make an account in the app. useless should have just gone straight to the website. fix this.

this app has a ton of negative reviews largely from the past and it's early days, it's been completely revamped and I believe people should take another look at it because it's definitely high quality, it works efficiently and really I have no complaints, well done whoever was in charge of revamping this one! The only further improvement I could see would be to add some sort of a voice submittal functionality where you basically speak the sample in kind of like AI
