Seriously, do they actually use their own Prolink products? 1. My registered account for the app with 10+ devices disappeared after resetting my phone. Unrecoverable. Registered also wasn't in their record. 2. Prolink power plugs tend to go missing regularly when placed in odd locations. They are prone to interference when the competition plugs work just fine. 3. These are OEM made in China product with questionable quality. Really disappointing after buying 10+ units for the business.
