Service is not consistent. Takes days to get some videos. Yesterday, I requested a video from one camera that is set to record 10 second videos, but when the video downloaded, it was only 2 seconds long. This morning, I received a photo from one camera that is set to take 3 standard photos when triggered, but only 1 photo was taken. This is not the first time either has happened. It seems the quality of Browning/Strike Force app is degrading. Might need to look at other options.

We are sorry to hear you are not pleased with your current experience. There is a lot to cover so we will reach out to you via the phone today. If the model you are running in multishot is one of your DWPS cameras it must be set to By Schedule at the Thumbnail Upload setting to receive all photos otherwise you will receive the first photo only.

App won't load anymore after a recent update. Multiple versions of cameras for over a year now and they worked very well for the most part... right up until late November. No notifications for awhile so I try to launch the app in mid December, it won't load. Forced an update, still nothing. * Update: Oldest IT support trick in the book: restart of devices seemed to have it all back and working again!

Was a great app and cameras last year in 2021. This year has not been good at all. I am running 3 of these cams with them set to sync pics 8 times a day. I am lucky if they sync twice throught the day. I am a little irked to have invested in this system at this point. If you asked me last year I would have had nothing but good things to say. Now, i would not recommend this system anyone.
