Service is not consistent. Takes days to get some videos. Yesterday, I requested a video from one camera that is set to record 10 second videos, but when the video downloaded, it was only 2 seconds long. This morning, I received a photo from one camera that is set to take 3 standard photos when triggered, but only 1 photo was taken. This is not the first time either has happened. It seems the quality of Browning/Strike Force app is degrading. Might need to look at other options.

App won't load anymore after a recent update. Multiple versions of cameras for over a year now and they worked very well for the most part... right up until late November. No notifications for awhile so I try to launch the app in mid December, it won't load. Forced an update, still nothing. * Update: Oldest IT support trick in the book: restart of devices seemed to have it all back and working again!

I bought the defender pro scout max thinking I was getting a good product, but I can't even use the app designed for it. The app crashes immediately upon opening, and I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to allow me to log in, but once I type in my username and password and the loading wheel starts turning, the app crashes once again, leaving me to repeat an endless cycle of uninstalling and redownloading. Browning, you're better than this. I'll be getting my money back.
