This is the worst App I have ever attempted to sign in on! Whomever did the programming should be fired! What the hell is the "Passcode"? 4 numbers, but I have NO passcode! Nothing is set up as a passcode, no passcode comes to my email, no passcode by text. Furthermore, I got an Email today stating I have a new document and to "click here". Evidently Prominence has redone access without warning. The access does not work and trust me - I have changed my password enough times!

I haven't been able to use the app. It immediately asks for a 4 digit code with no information about where this code is supposed to come from. Never received a code. Tried to go through the help option, which turned into a whole ordeal of having to sign up for that and follow links through my email. No one has time for all of this

Just installed because I found out (on my own) that the old app no longer logs in because they are switching their systems, apparently. I just want to view my claims, but the new app keeps crashing right after login. PHP is stuck in the middle just trying to find good software to serve their patients and it seems they can't catch a break.
