When I paid it said that I would receive 1,000 credits, but only received 500 and that allows you to create 2 videos. And it only created 1 and the other kept saying failed. On top of that they charge you the same amount of credits to "try again" and it still failed. I honestly dont recommend this app at all and wish I could get my money back, but that won't happen. THANKS

paid for a week service thinking I can make multiple videos.. I pay and get into the app.. they give u 500 credits.. this let's you generate 2 videos... then they try to sell you more credits.. misleading purchase agreement.. then I make a video and it looks nothing like me and to regenerate they want another 250 credits. junk.. I want a refund.

I have just paid ₹442 twice in a row and not received any credit points in order to create an AI video on the app. The App says 'You own the credits' and yet the credit points score haven't increased. I have not been able to create videos and there's no refund policy as well. I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible
