Prontivus puts your health in your pocket — and under your control.

With the Prontivus patient app, you bring together your exams, consultations, prescriptions, and health information in one place, securely and organized. And most importantly: the data is YOURS. You decide which clinics can view it.

Send and store your exams (photos or PDFs) in one place. Access your results anytime, anywhere.

• Consultations and Prescriptions
Track your consultation history and view your digital prescriptions from all the clinics where you are treated.

• Appointments and Telemedicine
View your scheduled appointments and participate in video teleconsultations with doctors directly through the app. • Connecting with clinics, with your consent
Connect to a clinic by scanning the QR Code at reception. From then on, and only with your authorization, the clinic will see the health data you choose to share — and you can revoke this access whenever you want.

• Clinics near you
If you authorize access to your approximate location, the app orders Prontivus clinics by distance to you. Permission is optional: without it, the app works the same — only the distance no longer appears.

PRIVACY FIRST

Your health data is sensitive data and is treated in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). No clinic accesses your information without your express consent, which you grant and revoke directly in the app. You can also request the deletion of your account and your data at any time.
