This app is trash. Takes forever to load and you can't even make changes or payments to your policy. Now I can't even download my insurance card or proof of insurance. Just show blank page amd never downloads.

The app has only let me log in 2x it didn't show me a break down of my 2 vehicles. It has no reminder set up. Last month the store blew my phone up non stop, I asked them to stop calling while I was at work and they kept on calling. I added a new vehicle and paid that already and it's not allowing me to pay my full coverage vehicles amount. I hate wasting time, calling , having to explain, no one has time for that. Can u please fix this app so I can log in, see my break down & pay!!!

Charged incorrect card on autopay option. 2 cards were stored and it charged the autopay to the one that was NOT set to default. Was also difficult to find where the cards and autopay options were to even figure out what had happened.
