ProofDeed checks a file, photo or QR code against its certified original. Your phone makes a fingerprint of the exact file. Only that fingerprint is checked. The file never leaves your phone.

What you can do
- Check a document or photo: find out whether it matches a certified original or has been changed, even by one character.
- Scan the QR code on a ProofDeed certificate to open the record.
- Certify a document or photo, with an account, and get a permanent, time-stamped record anyone can verify for free.
- Share a record link or QR code with anyone, no app needed on their side.
- Optional AI photo check for JPG and PNG photos, shown as a signal for human review, not a guarantee.

Why it matters
Storage tells you where a document is. A signature tells you who signed. ProofDeed tells you it has not been changed since it was certified, and anyone can check it without trusting the person who sent it.
