I've verified my account before, and just yesterday I wanted to connect an app with self I opened the app my information and everything is there but as I was prompted to scan a QR code on a laptop everything got deleted and I'm being asked to enter new documents, but as I select Nigeria I'm getting something like "we're rolling out support for Nigeria" I don't even know what that means, I also checked on countries supported, Nigeria is among so, why the back and forth? hope my data is safe 🙏

its impossible to add (russian) passport. the app refuses to read the rfid saying "there was a problem". "other ids" does nothing. "try different method" does nothing. useless.
