Tow-Ops is the field app for licensed tow operators in Ontario. It replaces the clipboard, the paper consent forms and the stack of daily logs with one app built around the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA).

Built in Ontario, for Ontario towing.

CONSENT TO TOW
• Collect consent on your phone with the customer's signature, or let the customer sign on their own phone by scanning a QR code
• The rate schedule and the customer's rights are included on every consent form
• A PDF copy is saved to the job and can be emailed to the customer
• Record a destination change with a reason and photo proof

JOBS AND DISPATCH
• Create tow, on-scene and bailiff files in seconds
• Use your current location to fill in the service address
• Step-by-step job timeline: on scene, hook, clean-up, delivered
• Photos, notes and documents stay with each job
• Company drivers receive files assigned from the office

CIRCLE CHECKS AND DAILY LOGS
• Daily vehicle inspection with a pass-all shortcut and per-item defects
• Defect photos and signature at the end of each check
• Shift logs and passenger (ride-along) records

INVOICES
• Build itemized invoices with HST
• Distance from pickup to drop-off is calculated for you
• Generate and share a PDF invoice from the roadside

INCIDENT ALERTS
• Live map of nearby collisions, breakdowns and road closures
• Notifications for incidents inside the radius you choose

FOR SOLO OPERATORS AND COMPANIES
• Independent operators subscribe and work on their own
• Towing companies manage drivers, trucks, files and invoices from the Tow-Ops admin panel, and drivers join with an activation code
