The 24/7 customer service is not real. I had an order mistakenly set as complete; the order was never delivered, and there is no way to contact them effectively. There is a chat option within the app, but that only works if you have an active. I called a Chicago phone number in their website. They were no help whatsoever. They gave me the phone number of a local driver who was not in charge of my order nor was he on duty. I also wrote an email with no luck. Beware of this app.

I wish I could say they had bad customer service, but they would need customer service first. I ordered a new tank, then found out I didn't need one. The order hadn't shipped out yet so I looked for a way to cancel the order. When I couldn't find it through the app I emailed them. I hadn't gotten a response (even though they boast 24 hour customer service), and low and behold a tank came. It seemed like such a useful service, but I would not recommend this to anyone

Nice to have to option of having propane delivered! Was originally skeptical of using the app given the lack of reviews but now I am glad I did. They delivered as promised even though South Florida is under tropical storm watch. App is really polished and easy to use. This is a very convenient service for sure!
