The app will help Users/Engineers to collect the technical data during the property visit for valuation purpose. It has multiple fields for property data, simplifying the entire data collection process for property valuation.
Engineers can access the app by logging in with their credentials, utilizing authentication through username, password, and Device ID.
Upon logging in each morning, Field Officers will find their assigned list readily available for download onto their mobile devices, stored locally until synchronization with the central database occurs. The app syncs master data from the central server to the local SQLite database on the mobile device.
Once at the property location, Field Officers can review the property, fill out the case form, and input expense details before submitting them.
