About this app

MeterMaster is the meter management app for landlords, homeowners, and anyone who wants to keep track of their utility meters themselves.

📊 METER READING
Record readings for all meter types: heating (kWh), hot water (m³), cold water (m³), gas (m³), total water (m³), electricity (kWh), and other user-defined types. Take and save photos directly during the reading.

🏠 MULTIPLE APARTMENTS
Manage any number of units in a building. Shared meters (e.g., total water meter, gas meter) are tracked separately and assigned to all apartments.

📤 EXPORT & BACKUP

- JSON export of all data for further processing

- Encrypted full backup (AES-256) including all settings

- Google Sheets synchronization via app script (template included)

- Overview HTML per apartment for annual statements

🔌 SMART HOME INTEGRATION (optional)
All integrations are completely optional and disabled by default:

• ioBroker – via the MeterMaster adapter

• MQTT – direct transfer to any broker

• InfluxDB – time series storage

• Home Assistant – via MQTT

🔒 DATA PROTECTION & OFFLINE
MeterMaster stores all data exclusively locally on your device. No data is collected, transferred, or shared with third parties. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking. The app functions completely offline.
