PropertyMe Manage PM

PropertyMe

About this app

Built for the way Property Managers work, the PropertyMe Manage PM app extends the full power of PropertyMe beyond the office. Every email and SMS, job, inspection, property, owner, tenant and supplier stays connected and within reach.

Open the dashboard for a real-time view of your day as jobs are reported, tasks are created and what inspection is next. Call, text or email owners and tenants with a tap, track keys in and out in seconds and follow every job from report to completion — with automatic messages to tenants, owners and suppliers ready for you to preview and approve.

Prepare inspection reports from the field: preselected areas, dictated comments, photos, a rent review amount and follow-up actions, then tap to publish to owners and tenants. Everything syncs to the cloud, so you can finish at your desk if you'd rather. Your inbox comes too — read and reply to email and SMS, act in bulk, and link any message to a property, contact, job or task.

Part of Australia's leading property management platform, trusted by over six thousand agencies for trust accounting, property management and communication in the cloud.
