I didn't even get passed the login page ,I can't go any further ,I don't due a month subscription only one price for a good app but Im to afraid to see what happens after logging in ,I'm just wanna see a map and property lines and who owns it which is free really but in a simple app I would pay a one time fee ,this app needs to explain a bit more about what will happen after login a free trial or something else ?

Useless not allowed to try app to see if you will even like it without signing up with an account. Like buying a pig in a poke as the saying goes. No free trial means scam as it always has. Would like to give less than 1 star.

I am a new user and had no idea of the capabilities of the software. I reached out via chat and the individual (JT?) who helped was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. That is a rarity today in the world of technical customer service.

For Sale By Owner Data & Improved Mobile Search
* We have added For Sale by Owner (FSBO) data. This includes new criteria in Discover, a new Signal, and listing details on the Property Profile.
* Radar AI has been promoted to be the primary tool for searching properties in Discover. Just tell Radar what you are looking for to get and refine results. Don't worry, you can still add criteria the old-fashioned way if you prefer.
* Resolved a crash in version 5.1.0
